Our approach to food is one of simple elegance.  We start with the best ingredients available, and let them be the star.  Our cuisine is not overly garnished or teased.  Great ingredients prepared to perfection need little more than a fork. 

We custom design our menus for each event.  By doing so, we can avoid items that will not be at perfection at time of service.  A balance of rusticity and elegance is our focus.
